There is certainly more than one way to handle any situation, moving from one house to another is an event that can be handled in more than one way.  For instance you can try to move everything that you own by yourself - possibly hurt yourself, damage things, spend an excess on gas and mileage, and stress yourself completely out.  Or, you can rent a truck/trailer, and still move things on your own.  Personally, for the amount of money that it’s going to cost I think that a moving company is a must because they are the professionals.  If you actually sit down, and figure out the prices of doing it yourself, renting, and hiring professionals, I think you’ll find that in the long run it’s best to go with the experts.
