How to pick a digital camera.
Most digital camera reviews agree that the majority of digital camera buyers fall into a category known as “Entry Level”. What this means it they are in the range from first time buyer to advance amateur. For this reason it is important to note that resolution (stated in mega pixels) generally isn’t the main consideration. Today even the most budget priced digital camera will have a mega pixel range from 5 to 8 mega pixels. This range will fit almost any use from web page to prints up to 8X10 which is what is most often used by the amateur photographer. Having said this just pick the digital camera that fits your budget and don’t worry to much about features unless you have some special kind of photography use in mind.
