I wanted to take the time to talk to you about incredible ways tojump higher. If you look at all the players in the NBA, you’re probably thinking that they just have the genetic edge or they were born that way. It takes time and a lot of practice, but never thinks that you can’t achieve it because I’ll surprise you. I’m not considered much of a jumper. I don’t even play basketball, but when I practiced these exercises for a few months, I added 8 whole inches to jump, so it just shows you that you can achieve a lot. I’m going to show you incredible ways to jump higher, so pay attention. The first method is walk around on the tips of your toes for 30 minutes. Another way to jump higher is through weighted squats.
