I have always wanted to go to Hawaii. My parents planned a trip for our extended family and we were going to rent a yatch that all 15 family members could live on for 3 weeks. My parents planned out every detail.  We have all been avid sailors all of our lives. Unfortunately my Mom and Dad were killed in a plane accident last year and with their death so died the dream.  I just found out from the probate attorney the the probate estate settlement will be around 1.7 million for my share. The probate process went pretty smooth and I found a lot of probate information at a website called estate settlement.com the site had answers to probate questions, probate law links and even a place to find a probate attorney. I leave next week for Hawaii as soon as I get my probate check.
