I have just started getting some harassing phone calls. I decided that I am going to follow the advice of my friends and keep track of when these calls come in and what is said so that I can prove phone harassment in california by these people if I ever figure out who they are. It is really distressing me, so if I keep getting these types of phone calls I am going to go to the police with my records and see what they can do about it. Maybe they will at least have a few suggestions on how I can stop the phone harassment.
