I’ve taken only two Nebraska vacations even though I live just an hour or so away from the border. Nebraska is much like Iowa until you get way over to the western side. There isn’t much to do there that you can’t do in Iowa, so why go. Sure you can say you’ve been out of state, but Nebraskans don’t seem to care for Iowans much. One of their favorite jokes is “What do you do with people who flunk their driving test? You give them blue license plates”. You see Iowa license plates are blue. I am surprised at all the oil wells you see there. Nebraska isn’t known for it’s oil output.
