Is Phanton Alert Legal?
There has been a lot of arguing going on around the new alternate radar detecting service called Phantom Alert. What this system does is it allows everyday people to log on to a website run by Phantom alert and post updates as to what is going on in the streets. Whether it is a radar trap, accident, DUI checkpoint, traffic light camera, etc. This system is completely legal, although some people feel it is immoral sicne it is basically telling you it’s ok to drive fast and drive drunk. Is Phantom Alert making the roads a more hazardous place? I thnik it probably is, but there are no laws in place against it.
