If you are one of many parents who has got their kid(s) one or more of the new Zhu Zhu hamsters then there are a couple of things you need to bear in mind. Firstly, because they contain small motorized parts, they are not suitable for very young children. Four to ten years of age is the suggested age range by the manufacturer. Secondly, don’t forget that they contain batteries to drive the motor. If your child wants to take their Zhu Zhu pet to bed – and they probably will as they really are very cute – then it might be better to remove the battery first. Apart from those two small considerations your kids will have hours of fun with these cute little furballs.
