Consumer Reports just finished up their review of digital to analog TV converter boxes and the winner for the best digital tv converter box was the Tivax STB-T9.  The Tivax STB-T9 won for several different reasons.  The main reason the Tivax was rated so high was because it provided the best picture quality of any digital converter box that Consumer Reports rated.  The other major reason it was rated so highly was because it was such a good deal. The Tivax was reported to be selling for only $45 which meant that you could get it for under $10 after using your government coupon.
