Can you imagine the conversations that take place in a local brewery?  It would be amazing to put a recording machine in the room and just allow it to run so that it would pick up everything that was spoken during the evening.  Better yet, just have the bar stools tell you what they heard.  They have listened to many conversations and they do it regularly and patiently.  Some people come in and they are angry about something.  Other people come in looking for some relief from life and they hope to find it there.  Other people don’t know why they came and shouldn’t have.
