Valuable Storage Space In The Kitchen Island Cabinets
Most kitchens can use more space and mine is certainly no exception. I have an older home and they just did not make the kitchens as spacious as most of the newer homes do. We seemed to be always cramped for space and even after I had donated or sold as many items as I could bear to part with, there just was not enough space to keep what I felt we needed. The one thing that really made a difference for us was the addition of kitchen island cabinets which gave us more space to stash things and keep them out of sight.
