Take care of that home of yours
Owning your own home can sometimes be quit a hassle. I remember when I first wanted to buy a home, and how little I knew about it going into it. As the year went on I found out all the hassle that came along with it. I have a sister that just recently purchased one of those Modular Homes. She didn’t think that she’d have to do as much work because it wasn’t a real home. However, I assured her that it was every bit a real home as mine was and that she needed to be ready for routine maintenance.
