My youngest brother is quite the host.  He loves nothing better than hosting dinners and barbeques, nothing fancy just good honest food.  He always wants his guests to feel comfortable and welcome - which they always do.  He does like things to look just right though and the crockery all has to match as do the glasses and the cutlery.  He has a good set of Sheffield cutlery which he uses for entertaining purposes.  Summer barbeques are great, he always has loads of different things marinated in various things and they always taste great, even some of the things that sound a bit odd!
