I am very interested in real estate and making investments in properties. It would be my dream to buy houses and fix them up, as a main source of income. Another idea I have had is to buy foreclosure properties. I have heard of many people being successful with buying them, fixing them up, and reselling them for more than they paid. This situation would be ideal. I know that I would have to be smart about my choices, and not just jump on a property. There is a lot of research that needs to be done, in order to make sure the house is not a lemon.
