We’ve decided to do it ourselves! Momentous decision about which I have a lot of trepidation. To make a commitment of all this time and money (yes, I know how much we’ll save!) without any previous experience is taking a huge risk and generally speaking I’m risk averse. But my husband is committed and best of all he gets a month off in the summer and has sworn he will devote his complete vacation time to a Do-it-yourself Kitchen! God love the man!  I hope he has the tenacity and work skills to pull this off.  Meanwhile, I have to get totally organized as to exactly what we plan, get the products selected, arrange deliveries for the right time, the tasks listed, organized and discussed with experts and my husband so that we’re all on the same page at the opening of this momentous project.  I surely hope we don’t regret this!
