I really love everything that is antique, and that includes flatware, and especially my really original set of antique silver flatware, which is used only for special occasions, such as Christmas and special family birthdays. For me there is something highly original about antique flatware, and I wouldn’t change it for the world, even if someone offered me a much more expensive modern set. Whenever someone comes to my house and they see my antique silver flatware set they always comment on how beautiful it is, and that is one of the best compliments I can get.
