I’ve followed womens diets for years now and to no avail. They fail everytime, andIt’s not because the diets are flawed but probably because of my own lack of will power. I last a few weeks following diets especially designed for the female market.And also exercise a bit, but then get side tracked by my old friends cheese and Chocolate. womens diets work for some but haven’t for me. The thing to remember is that you could always go the rest of your life over weight. It is worth sorting the problem sooner than later. Trust me im not a doctor.
