My mom wanted to lose 40 pounds
When my mom came up to me and asked me how to lose 40 pounds fast I told her that she would have to do a few things that may not be comfortable. I told her that the body will adjust if she could just do it for a certain amount of time such as changing the types of food she eats, and goes through a detox phase first to unclog the body’s filters so to speak. She did this phase and successfully lost some weight in the process. She learned to eat more healthy and less fat and over time she started to see the weight melt away. The biggest thing to learn was to change her habits where eating was concerned, but once she got to a healthy weight again those things she used to crave no longer gave her satisfaction, in fact her healthy body rejected them!
