The best diet plan that I have ever come across has to be food lover fat loss system. I used to be scared of not eating junk food. In fact I was used to having at least one burger a day. Through this diet program, I could continue my eating habit and still I lose inches of my waistline in just few weeks. There was no sign of weakness or paleness in my body due to this diet. I do work out regularly so as to make my body flexible and not stiff. I have made a habit of drinking 15 glasses of water everyday.
