You always hear about famous people telling you how great they are when they first start it, but they seem to disappear just as fast as the trend started.   When will we finally realize that there is no magic potion?   I lost 10 lbs and have been able to keep it off for months.  I didn’t use one of those “diet-of-the-month” programs, I simply started regulating my eating habits and increased my exercise frequency.  Before you make the mistake of trying one of the latest and greatest weight loss ideas, make sure there is some scientific backing to the flat loss claims.
