Consider a situation where you have a habit of eating junk food with a salty taste to it. Depending on your situation, you may find that stress, or other conditions cause vitamin imbalances in various parts of your body. Eventually, if you do enough research, you may find that salt contributes in some way to the release or storage of these vitamins. Once you correct the underlying dietary problem, you will also eliminate your salt cravings. This, in turn, will make it easier for you to follow an intermittent fasting program. Before you do, however, make sure you understand how ‘stop eating’ intermittently program is done. Done correctly, it will nourish your body. Done wrong, it will starve you horribly.
