There are so many quick ways to get in shape and stay that way that it’s not funny. The major problem with getting in shape, however, is getting started. For instance, anyone can write down a plan, hire a personal trainer, get a gym membership or plan to meet up once or twice a week with friends; but truth be told, none of that matters if you don’t actually go through with it. If you tell yourself that you’re going to get up in the mornings to run before work, don’t just say it; do it.
