I am tired of renting so I decided that with the mortgage interest rates being so low it is time for me to buy a home.  I would like to buy something in Toronto but the only thing I can really afford is a condo and I would prefer a house since I would like a yard and a garden.  So I started looking at Mississauga properties and while there are parts of the city that are too expensive for me there is still quite a bit that is affordable for me.  Hopefully I will be able to find something soon since the rumor is that interest rates may start to rise is a couple of months.
