You can buy plaster mold kits now for making molds of hands and feet. We do this with each of the grandchildren and have them put their initials and date on them. Then with a little help from a paint brush and a very creative child we have more kids wall art. One wall of our home is devoted to the kids gallery. Whenever they come to visit the grandparents the wall is the first place they want to see. They love seeing their original works of are and seeing what their cousins have contributed to the display. They appreciate it more that the finest New York Gallery.

What kind of Tattoo Lettering would look best with a United States Marine Corps Eagle, Anchor and Globe tattoo? I am planning to get the symbol tattooed on my ankle along with Semper Fidelis, of course, and my brother’s name and Forever a Marine Sister. I can’t wait until my brother gets back and sees it! I think he will just love it! I was considering Old English, but I have seen this on people and it is virtually impossible to read! I think I need something simple anyway just because of how small the tattoo will be to begin with.

The popularity of online schooling has exploded over the past twenty years. With the cost of attending, and living at a 4-year college through the roof more and more people are taking advantage of online degrees. I have a friend who is talented in interior design. She found out that our state requires her to be licensed and she needed a degree in interior design if she wanted to pursue it as a career. She decided that she would get her interior design degree online. It was affordable, it was less expensive than having to go back and forth to campus and she was able to work part-time while she obtained her degree.

After many hours of searching, I FINALLY found a good set of Soulja Boy Pictures and wanted to share them with anyone else who is looking for a collection of Soulja Boy photos.

I am making a digital collage for art class. I decided to make one of Soulja Boy because I am truly his #1 fan. I can do the Crank That dance in my sleep! I got turned on to him even before he was signed. Haters can say whatever they want but the boy is talented, knows how to create a catchy hook and he’s just having fun. He is always going to rise to the top no matter what he does. I even dig Arab, they are tight partners in crime.

So back to my art project. It turned out to be harder than I thought. Even tho he is all over the internet everyone uses the same old pictures of my man. It’s always the one of him crouching on the air conditioner or his Tellem album cover or when he was on TRL. Finally I found his fansite, they saved me with all the different pics they had of Soulja Boy’s car, his trip to Japan and a bunch of others. 

My collage turned out great, and I got an A even though my teacher made a face when she saw it was about Soulja Boy. I wanted to tell her YAAA TRICK YAAAAAAAA! hahahaaa

It has finally happened. Man, I have wanted to get ink done my whole life. At first, when I was a teenager I wanted a tattoo. My parents forbade it. Then I was in the military and my NCO forbade it. But now, I am turning thirty and there is no one left to say no. So I went on line, picked out some cool tribal tattoos designs, and made an appointment with a tattoo artist I know. I cannot wait. This tribal tattoo looks amazing and I have seen pictures of other people with them. It is going to finally happen. WooHoo!

Angel Tattoos are said to be a connecting factor between the spiritual and earthly realms and provide a mental relief to the person who gets it inked on his/her body. Angels have always been an important part of the major religions such as Christianity, Islam,etc and even some other religions that I have not mentioned here.

Now, these religions have always given the message and taught us that angels are messengers of God and protective guardians for us humans. We were taught that angels  convey the messages of God to His beloved people and thus acted as the connecting link between the spiritual and earthly realms.Therefore people who are religious or spiritual in nature have a thing for angel tattoo designs to feel connected to the spiritual realm and thus receive protection and guidance from the heavenly beings. It acts as a reminder that there is actually a higher being who looks at us as His children and that there is someone beyond the material plane.

I have several tattoos covering my body. All of my ink is of things that matter to me and is special to me for one reason or another. Although, at this point, none of the pieces I have are linked together to make a larger mural on my body I am hoping to connect the ones on my arm one day. I just had a celtic cross tattoo design that I had been holding onto for a while finally inked onto my arm and it looks great! I feel as though I have just inked a piece of my heritage onto me that will testify to where I came from.

I have never been good about going to the gym. Somehow it always seems like such a chore to me. Because my boyfriend and I have been feeling so out of shape I have decided we need to try dance lessons as exercise. All of the dancers you see on TV are always in such terrific shape and they look like they are having so much fun. I want to be in shape and have fun! We are going to sign up at a local dance studio for 2 classes a week. I am willing to learn a little tango and get rid of my giggle at the same time.

Almost every weekend I get away and I express myself through putting my ideas down on canvas and paper and it is all because I took the time out to learn to draw. For sure and without a doubt, the time that I took to learn how to draw was some of the best and most productive times that I have ever used in my entire life. I also learnt how to paint at the same time but for me, it is the pleasure of using my pencils and charcoal that really lights up my life.

The Hudson River School is a famous, loosely defined group of artists from the mid-19th Century who were inspired by the Romantic movement as well as the natural beauty of the Hudson River, Catskill Mountains and other parts of the American Northeast. Thomas Cole, Asher Durand and Frederick Church are among the best known artists of this movement. Their paintings are vast, romanticized depictions of an earlier time in American history, when the natural landscape was not overshadowed by modern civilization. Of course, not everyone admires this style. To some, the romanticized view of nature is seen as artificial or even elitist. In any event, the artists of the hudson river school will always have a significant and influential role in the history of American art.
