Unique Financing
I have jumped through hoops before to get my business up and running but this time I am diving into an area that I do not know too much about. I am looking for hotel financing. My loan broker that I usually work with is not as familiar in this area as I would like him to be so I am searching elsewhere for help. I understand that it can be quite the tricky and unique situation but I am willing to give it a try. I have always loved the industry and I think it would be a great way to round out my portfolio.
