There are a few types of data storage which will make it easy to find something to fit your needs. The most common type is an external hard drive. This is the most basic type but it seems to work the best and you can use them with any type of computer.
Another type of storage space is online backup. There are numerous companies that are able to provide these services for a relatively small monthly fee. Like the external hard drive you can use this storage space with any type of computer because it is all online but an additional benefit are you don’t have to carry around one more thing.
Even though external drives are small and compact you still might not want to worry about something else. If you have the Internet then you can use the storage space. The downside is that you may have a computer but no Internet connection. The choice is yours but you have options when it comes to data storage.
