Under-25 drivers attract very high Colorado auto insurance rates. If you fall into this age group, and want to pay less, you can get lower rates if you keep getting good grades at school. It’s called the good student discount.

You have to maintain a grade point not lower than B to have a good student discount. This will slash off up to 5 percent from your rate if you qualify. This discount is given because insurance providers claim there is a correlation between good grades and a young person’s composure behind wheels. It’s difficult to find reckless under-25 drivers who maintain wonderful grades.
