You can learn how to sing high notes easily if you follow some some quality singing lessons.  First, singing high is just as hard as singing low compared to your normal speaking range.  You can actually start to expand your range by changing your vocal tone when you speak every day.  You can get some great singing lessons and then you can start to implement that into your daily practices.  You can learn to raise your soft palate and and learn to sing from the diaphragm to improve your singing.  You can learn lip rolls and other techniques.  It’s very similar to other arts or sports.
