The other day I was just window shopping for lack of anything better to do. I was about half way down the main row of shops when this really cute Volkswagon was about to go passed me. He blew his Car Train Horns, and nearly scared me half to death. My heart started pounding like crazy. You know how it does when you are startled.

That wasn’t the worst of it. I jumped backwards into an elderly woman who was carrying packages and knocked her down onto the street. Luckily, she only got a few scrapes and bruises. She could have really been hurt!

I know it was just a kid-type prank, but sometimes they really need to stop and think about what they are doing!

I have got to find a way to control or completely get over my panic attacks.  The fear of having one is starting to ruin my life.  I am afraid to go anywhere because I am afraid I will have one somewhere that I won’t be able to handle it.  What if I have one while stuck in traffic?  I have tried therapists and medications and am still searching for some relief.  I have found a program that I am interested in trying.  I want to find out a little more about panic away does it work.  It looks like a great program and I think I will try it.
