I first set foot in the city of Cebu, a small city on the southern side of the archipelagic country. You can say it is quite similar to a suburban town in America, only warmer. The warmth is also true on the people. They wear their hearts on their sleeves. Visit the Philippines and you will see that it is akin to a visit to your hometown. On my first three days in Cebu, I already found a friend. If I were elsewhere, it would’ve taken weeks or may even months before I can call somebody that. The Filipinos are naturally kind, caring and congenial even to strangers. Contrary to some twisted beliefs from most Westerners, the Filipinos are peace loving people. In the afternoons, you can see youngsters gathering outside their houses singing along an old dilapidated guitar, talking over banana cues or simply catching up with friends. This is why I keep coming back, it’s not only the destination but it is the people.

I am making a digital collage for art class. I decided to make one of Soulja Boy because I am truly his #1 fan. I can do the Crank That dance in my sleep! Finally I found his fansite, they saved me with all the different pics they had of Soulja Boy’s car, his trip to Japan and a bunch of others. 

My collage turned out great, and I got an A even though my teacher made a face when she saw it was about Soulja Boy. I wanted to tell her YAAA TRICK YAAAAAAAA! hahahaaa

Ugh! Another headache again…. Sometimes I get them from reading to much and other times I get them from working out. Finally there are my allergies that can bring on some of the worst headaches of all. Different types of headaches require different treatments. I have noticed that the more stress related headaches are soothed by rubbing my neck and temples, while the allergy headaches and workout headaches can usually be made to improve by drinking lots of water. I think a lot of the headaches I get are there because I am dehydrated most of the time, especially because I workout so much.
